The Mavic 2 Zoom is a consumer-level drone featuring an optical zoom lens with a full-frame/35mm equivalent focal range of 24-48mm. The sensor itself is smaller sensor than that of the Mavic 2 Pro, but this means that aerial photographers can get closer to their subjects safety and legally while maintaining the minimum required separation from people and buildings. See below for example images shot on the DJI Mavic 2 Zoom.
DJI Mavic 2 Zoom topdown image
A simple topdown shot of a valve tower at a reservoir. While the darkest shadows are visibly more crushed than in images taken with the DJI Mavic 2 Pro, Image quality is otherwise excellent.

This image was taken using auto exposure bracketing set to three exposures and merged together using HDR Merge in Adobe Lightroom.
DJI Mavic 2 Zoom lens examples
These images were taken with the Mavic 2 Zoom hovering at 120m, with one taken at 24mm and the second at 48mm to show image quality and the field of view of the zoom lens at its two opposing focal lengths. Image quality is excellent at both ends of the zoom, and the ability to zoom into 48mm is ideal for getting closer to subjects without having the drone fly closer.
